Auto translated to:

Norva24 Sverige AB has on 4 December 2025 signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in CLEANPIPE Sverige AB (“Cleanpipe”) in Gothenburg and Cija Tank Aktiebolag (“Cija Tank”) in Stockholm, two leading UIM service providers in Sweden. In addition, Norva24 Deutschland GmbH has on the 5 December 2025 reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Rohrreinigung Campanella GmbH (“Campanella”), a well-established German company within the same service segment. Together, these acquisitions reinforce Norva24’s market position in Sweden’s largest cities, while also expanding the Group’s footprint in the German market. The three acquisitions add around 200 MNOK of revenues and 20MNOK of EBITA annually.

Cleanpipe and Cija Tank have delivered solid profitability over recent years. Both companies have decades of industry experience, widely respected brands, and well-established market positions in the Gothenburg and Stockholm regions.

The acquisition of Campanella in southern Germany provides additional coverage for the areas around Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart, supporting Norva24’s continued expansion in Germany.

Together the companies’ service portfolios cover key services within Norva24’s core areas, including high-pressure flushing, emptying services, pipe inspection, and other specialized services. The companies’ offerings and geographic presence complement Norva24’s existing operations, enabling the Group to further strengthen its market position.

“Norva24’s successful growth journey continues, and I am delighted to welcome three outstanding companies to our already strong presence in Europe,” says Henrik Norrbom, Group CEO.

About Norva24

Norva24 is the leading northern European player in the UIM industry[1] and offers UIM services, such as emptying services, pressure flushing and pipe services. On November 30, 2025, the company operated more than 85 branches[2] in Norway, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, with more than 2,000 employees. The company’s history dates back to 1919 and Norva24 has since evolved from a company with Norwegian roots to being a market leader in UIM services in Norway, Germany, Sweden and Denmark. Norva24 has a history of completing acquisitions to enter new markets or to consolidate its local market position, taking advantage of the highly fragmented UIM market in Europe, which is characterized by mostly small, local companies. In its four markets, the company has conducted more than 50 acquisitions since 2015.
