Consistent with the Norva24 Model, the Group follows a decentralized approach in sourcing supplies. Supplies are generally sourced at the national or branch levels, which diversifies the base of the Group’s suppliers and reduces reliance on specific suppliers for the Group’s operations.
All suppliers must comply with Norva24’s guidelines, local legislation and other industry standards as regards, for example, the environment, work environment, anti-corruption, human rights, and business ethics.
