ESG early mover with a strong green vision

ESG is an integral part of Norva24’s operations and strategy and its strategy is closely linked with UN sustainability goals 6, 7 and 13 (clean water & sanitation, affordable & clean energy and sustainable cities & communities and climate action).

The Group strives to innovate in the area of green services, reduce energy consumption, optimise routes and manage its Euro 6 certified fleet. Norva24 also cultivates a socially responsible and inclusive culture where employee engagement is encouraged as well as social initiatives for training, clear career pathways, special needs and youth employment.

The Company views its ESG strategy as a competitive advantage as it operates as a barrier to entry for smaller players given the onerous requirements for tenders in relation to ESG capabilities.
