Norva24 welcomes three companies in Sweden and one in Germany.
During the last month, Norva24 has acquired four companies, thereby strengthening its position in Sweden and Germany.
AWT Decker was acquired in June and is a major operator in the Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) industry in Hamburg, Germany with operations also in Berlin. The group comprises AWT Decker GmbH, MBR Umwelttechnik + Rohrreinigung GmbH and AWT Decker Berlin GmbH. AWT Decker generated sales of approximately EUR 6 million in 2020 and has 50 employees and 26 vehicles.
Malmberg Miljöhantering AB was also acquired in June and strengthens Norva24´s market leading position in Skåne in southern Sweden and provides Norva24 access to further growth in Småland and Blekinge. The company generated sales of approximately SEK 50 million in 2020, has 28 employees and operates 22 vehicles.
Ulvsby Miljö AB was acquired in June and is a market leading UIM operator in Värmland in western Sweden. The company generated sales of approximately 48 million in 2020 and has 37 employees and 27 vehicles.
Finally GR Avloppsrensning i Stockholm AB was acquired in May, strengthening Norva24´s market leading position in Stockholm. The company generated sales of approximately SEK 17 million in 2020 and has 13 employees and 8 vehicles.
